The cottage adjoins at one corner the owners’ house and has its own private enclosed south-facing ‘cottage’ garden with patio, garden furniture and BBQ. There is off-road parking for 2 cars. |

The accommodation has oil-fired central-heating and comprises: Sitting Room (with open fire), Dining Room, Kitchen, Bathroom/WC (with shower over bath), Double Bedroom (with king-size bed) - overlooking the pretty garden - and connecting door to Twin Bedroom: each bedroom can be accessed by separate staircases. |

Facilities: Old School Cottage is equipped with washing machine, tumble drier, electric cooker, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, radio/CD player, colour TV, video recorder, and DVD. There is also a large stock of up-to-date tourist brochures, books, games and local videos. |

No charge is made for bed linen (duvets), towels (inc. tea towels), central heating, hot water or electricity. A free basket of logs is provided for the open fire: extra sacks of logs are available locally. |
